"This agency does provide a service. The problem starts when they make a mistake. Now I'm left dealing with a car, that they totalled and paid me for. The same people who take the payments, won't help, when they're in the wrong. Hopefully it's just this particular agency, and not the company as a whole! Update; It is this particular agency. State Farm the company, admitted their mistakes, and addressed and corrected them. Plus they apologized! In response to the agency's post. You represent a company. You may not have made the mistake, but it certainly wasn't mine. Your office manager was rude and disrespectful. She continually cut me off and didn't want to hear about the police report for a car I no longer own. It may be out of your scope to communicate on these particular matters. I can accept that. What I can't accept, is that you represent a company bigger than you, and what "standards " they have and represent. The opposite of what your "mission" states. Professionalism goes a long way!"

"Mr. Harrison, we learned of your issue less than two hours ago and we immediately contacted our claims management team to relay the details. Regulatory restrictions prevent my team members from speaking in detail on a claims related issue. As you were instructed by my office manager, the claims department is currently amidst a full file review to determine how exactly to remediate this clerical error with our salvage partners. This issue is outside of our licensure, however, as communicated, we have been assured by our claims partners that they will follow up with you this morning and ensure that the mistake is fully corrected. With any issues that arise, even those that we are unable to remedy ourselves, we will always follow up as we have with you in the past to be sure that you are receiving the best service possible. We appreciate your business, your understanding of regulatory restrictions, and your patience, as some matters cannot be immediately resolved."

"We were under pressure to complete a car purchase…Getting ahold of Melissa at this agent’s shop was like connecting with Wonder Woman. She knew everything to do to expedite a policy and help us drive the car off the lot the same afternoon. She also took great care of my daughter’s policy, handling this first-time car owner with expert gloves."
